The list below includes minimum height requirements for all rides and transportation options throughout Walt Disney World, including the 2 water parks and Disney Springs. We’re not including show attractions or meet-and-greets since they don’t have height requirements.

When a height requirement is in place, it ranges from 32” (82cm) to 60” (152cm)

Walt Disney World is, overall, a very accessible destination for individuals of all heights. Less than half (30 of 82) rides/transport options have a height requirement.

Options If Someone In Your Party Isn't Tall Enough

There’s plenty to do at Walt Disney World aside from height restricted rides. Bear in mind only 30 of the 82 rides above have any height requirement and we’re not including any stage shows, meet-and-greets, interactive experiences in that 82 figure.

You can take advantage of ‘Rider Switch’ too if other members of your party want to ride on those rides. How does ‘Rider Switch’ work? One adult waits with the non-rider whilst the rest of the group enjoys the ride. The waiting adult will be given a return time, scanned on to their Magic Band/park ticket. When the original group is off the ride, they can look after the non-rider and the other adult returns to the ride at the given time and gets to head straight to the FastPass+ line.

Rider Switch is available at all height restricted rides.
