We have used all of the resources below to plan our adventures. Most of the links below are affiliate links, which means we’ll earn a small commission if you click through the link and make a booking.

We’re hoping that you keep coming back to us when you need to book (bookmarking this webpage can help with that). This helps support our travels and allows us to keep producing content, at no extra cost to you 🥰

We only recommend resources that we personally use and obtain value from. As always, we’re extremely grateful for your support.

Hilton.com

We have achieved so much value from Hilton by being loyal to their brand. Upgrades, free breakfasts, executive lounge access and consistent, high quality service, no matter the destination. If we’re planning a trip, Hilton is our first port of call.

Hilton has over 4,700 hotels, resorts and timeshare properties worldwide, in 104 countries and territories. Their trusted portfolio of hotel brands includes Waldorf Astoria, Conrad, Canopy, Curio, Hilton Hotels, DoubleTree, Embassy Suites, Hilton Harden Inn, Hampton, Tru, Homewood Suites, Home2 Suites and Hilton Grand Vacations.

If you’re planning a stay at a Hilton group property, even if you find a room on another site, we recommend going direct, as they have a Price Match Guarantee.

Hotels.com

If we’re staying anywhere other than a Hilton, we’ll usually book through Hotels.com. The interface is incredibly user friendly. If we’re looking at one destination in particular, here’s what we do:

  1. Enter Destination, Dates, Number of Rooms and Number of Guests

  2. Use their ‘View on Map’ feature for an overview of the destination

  3. Use filters. For us, the most important 3 being 'Price’, ‘Star Rating’ and ‘Free WiFi’

  4. Once we have limited our options, start from the best location and move outwards

  5. We will usually go for the rate which includes ‘Free Cancellation’

If you’re planning a trip and you’re going to use Hotels.com, we’d massively appreciate you clicking through the link below to help support our work. As always, we really appreciate it.

Viator.com

Once our hotel is booked, instead of going through multiple experience booking sites, we like to keep it simple and book all we can in one place. Using Viator.com (a TripAdvisor Company) has made the experience booking process really easy.

You search for your destination, you can use any filters on the left hand side of the page and you can view a whole range of experiences. All important info, like ‘Price’, ‘What’s Included’, ‘What To Expect’ and ‘Cancellation Policy’ are spelled out very clearly.

If you’re planning on booking through Viator.com, we’d greatly appreciate you going through our link, earning us a small commission, at no extra cost to you.
